Huh? No, a Persona isn't a god, though there are some Personas with the names and forms of gods. What did Akira say, exactly? I'll fill in the blanks.

That they take the forms of gods and beings from popular legends and mythologies. But Anat. What was it? A god? A character from a story? A mythological monster?

So about the "Anat" that mine takes after... ?

A goddess, in literature. She appears in a number of cultures, but one of the things she was god of is war.
